Piecemakers' Beginning to Intermediate Food Carving with Nitda Phongcharern

Imagine how tasteful and elegant your dish and food trays would be with food carving from Radishes,Cucumbers,Carrots, Green Onions, Turnips and more. Beginning students start with radishes, then continue on to carrot candles. Intermediate students will make green onion bouquets, turnip dahlias, acorn squash containers and leek chrysanthemums. Each month you will have the opportunity to advance your skills. Nitda Phongcharern has trained intensely for the last 6 years, and is eager to share.
