For those who haven't mastered Korean barbecue lingo, the easiest way to explain dduk bo sam is to describe it as a taco.By no means does it taste like its Latin counterpart, but the do-it-yourself act of rolling sizzling meat into a rice wrapper makes it similar to making your own taco.
