Ruby's MotoDiner

The all-new Ruby's MotoDiner highlights the memorable ambiance of the original Ruby’s Diners, while new décor and an enhanced menu reflect the elevated taste of today’s sophisticated customer. The new design, which includes a vintage Indian Motorcycle as the centerpiece, references nostalgic echoes of the 40s and 50s. The MotoDiner offers a more relaxed atmosphere, and the menu highlights Ruby’s “greatest hits” as well as innovative entrees that appeal to the stylish and active Southern Californian. Entree selections include tasty creations like Fresh Salmon, Pot Roast, Oven Roasted Turkey Melt and a new "Knife n’ Fork Dog" menu. Additionally, this restaurant will serve more than 20 hand made deluxe shakes and 11 specialty burgers.
