After working across the globe, Executive Chef Theo Ioannou brings sophisticated, authentic Euro-Mediterranean cuisine to Orange County, using fresh, quality ingredients to produce simply flavorful dishes: Warm asparagus and parma ham salad with shaved parmesan and green peppercorn vinaigrette ($9); grilled veal chop with au gratin potatoes and honey roasted shallots and thyme au jus ($28); rice pudding with honey glazed figs and berry compote ($7), just to name a few.
