Now celebrating its 16th annual USA tour, Emelianov’s Nutcracker is beloved by audiences and praised by critics for its unique setting of Act II in the Land of Peace and Harmony. Set against Valentin Fedorov’s spectacular scenic design, replete with dancing puppets and a Rousseau inspired backdrop of unicorns, exotic birds and animals, This year’s performance will feature over 30 local ballet students that have auditioned and are rehearsing for eight weeks leading up to the performance.
