Located on the roof of a charming Old World-style hotel built in 1927 as a seaside retreat for Hollywood movie stars, this bar offers a gorgeous view of the Laguna coastline and a classy but relaxing atmosphere for lounging: canvas umbrellas, gorgeous teak tables and chairs, with a matching wooden bar topped with stone.
This is the perfect place to enjoy a drink at sunset, or sip a mojito on a sunny Sunday afternoon – not a place to carouse through the night. After all, Rooftop is only open until 10 p.m. on weekends – appropriate, because while the sparkly night-lights scene is pretty, the most stunning views are during daylight. Try the bar's specialty, Passion Fruit-Mango Mojito ($14). Appetizers available from K'ya restaurant menu. Try the ahi poke, guava barbecued meatballs, Maui ribs.

how very disappointing today; July 15 2009. The drinks were weak and when we asked the waitress to add more vodka she had to go ask her manager. She had an attitude thereafter. Then they charged for waters!! The sad thing is we have been very good customers of the roof top and paid $5,000+ for my 40th birthday party, so that's very sad. I have a choice and I would not go back and spend my hard earnt dollars at this restaurant again. Sorry Casa Del, you blew it.
