California Pizza Kitchen

24155 Laguna Hills Mall, Laguna Hills, CA, 92653
(949) 458-9600 - Venue Website

Rick Rosenfield and Larry Flax opened the first California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) on March 27, 1985 in Beverly Hills after wanting to give the public pizza with a twist. Rosenfield and Flax broke the mold by opening up a whole new pizza taste experience. They created the Original BBQ Chicken Pizza, and pizza lovers were jolted out of the pepperoni-mode and thrown into BLT bliss, Thai Chicken euphoria and Jamaican Jerk nirvana. Not limiting their menu to just pizza, they created an innovative selection of pasta, salads, and to-die for-desserts.

This is a sub-venue of Laguna Hills Mall.

Get your eclectic pizza fix here

CPK is a dependable quality joint, well established across the county. The LHills location, though at the street level, doesn't dissapoint in it's offerings. Nice enough ambience, and of course, the good chopped salad and fresh pizza.

Super salads

The pizza is legendary, but don't skip over the salad menu. From the Original BBQ Chicken Chopped to the Waldorf to one of the best Caesar salad's around, the salads are always fresh and delicious.

Fresh and tasty

If you're not in the mood for pizza, try the great salads (Thai Crunch is my favorite). Or have the best of both worlds: split a pizza and salad with your dining mate.
