Holiday Lights Decorating Contest

Start thinking now about how you want to dress up your home for the holidays this year. The city of Laguna Niguel is holding its annual home decorating contest with $25 Trader Joe's gift cards and yard signs as prizes for the winners. Judging is Dec. 8. There are six categories: most traditional, most holiday cheer, most unique theme, best homemade display, best display of lights and best display of lights and music. A yard sign will also be awarded to the best decorated condo and the street that displays the most community spirit. Entry forms available online and must be submitted before 9 a.m. Dec. 7.
