I have had nothing but bad experiences at this theater. My latest one involved a family with a toddler & a baby. The toddler wandered for the whole movie and the baby cried. To try & shut the baby up they gave it a cell phone to play with. No attendant ever came. If anyone had been in the projection room they should have been able to hear. When I asked to speak to the Manager after I got some employee saying they were under staffed & I should have come out during the movie to complain. $30 down the drain. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I will continue to drive farther away from my house for a better theater.
