The cupcakes just keep coming! Around the same time Kat ran her definitive OC Cupcake Challenge, Charmed Cupcakes opened in the Fresh & Easy/Rite Aid strip mall on Spring Street in east Long Beach.

All I can say is, these four from Charmed Cupcakes compare well to those I’ve had from Sprinkles and Bristol Farms, though Bristol Farms’ use of cheese in the frosting and its less sugary recipe keep me eating ’till the end, while I had to rest while eating Charmed’s cupcakes.
