Interpol agent Louis Salinger (Clive Owen) joins forces with New York prosecutor Eleanor Whitman (Naomi Watts) to put an end to a powerful bank's funding of terrorism. As they follow the money from Germany to Italy to New York to Turkey, Salinger and Whitman find their own lives are at risk from those who will stop at nothing to protect their interests.

If you want a thriller, this is the one for you! Clive Owen plays an Interpol Agent determined to bring justice to the IBBC, one of the most powerful banks in the world. The bank is dealing in a myriad of illegal activities, including major arms sales to various countries and their enemies. Clive Owen is just fantastic - he is intensely idealistic, and at the same time, the ultimate action character. Naomi Watts plays the NYC DA - why she is there, I am not quite sure. She really does not seem to have much purpose and does not provide any clarity to her role.
The film is shot in spectacular locations throughout Istanbul, Berlin, Milan, and New York City. These scenes alone are worth buying a ticket to this movie! There is a shootout in the Guggenheim Museum which rivals anything I have seen in any James Bond movie. There are constant surprises all the way up to the surprise ending. This one will grab you!
