For the first time ever, Bluewater Grill's popular monthly tasting events will honor the Midwestern fish fry. The $29.95 tasting features a combination plate of three freshly fried lake fish – pan-sauteed Walleye, beer-battered Yellow Perch and breaded Blue Gill – paired with Linenkugel Beer or a house Chardonnay. Boiled red potato, cole slaw and apple dumpling accompanies each tasting. Seatings begin at 6:45pm. Advance reservations are required as the monthly tasting events typically sell out.
