Ballet Repertory Theatre

Founded in 1977, Ballet Repertory Theatre is a non-profit, educational organization based in Huntington Beach, California. Composed of approximately 50 dancers, ages 13 to 18, the company rehearses at the studios of the Orange County Dance Center. Artistic Director Anthony Sellars, former Principal Dancer with Houston Ballet, has become a renowned Master Teacher whose experience and reputation find him in constant demand from major dance organizations. Ballet Repertory Theatre’s mission is to provide regular opportunities in which serious dancers perform on local stages and share their passion with the community. To date, the company has been fortunate enough to offer four full-length productions: “Coppelia”, “Cinderella”, “La Bayadère”, and Orange County’s longest-running “Nutcracker”, which features not only company members, but at least 200 other performers every year.
