Just For Kicks is a new soccer fitness program just for women!
Why should the kids have all the fun?
All skill levels are welcome to join us in getting fit, having fun, and playing soccer. Just For Kicks is perfect for anyone wanting to increase their fitness level, improve soccer skills, learn the game, or just have fun! Don't worry, even if you have never kicked a soccer ball in your entire life, Just For Kicks is for you! All drills and exercises can be easily modified to match your fitness and soccer skill level. The beginner program will teach the basics of the game, while the intermediate level will help participants improve on their already existing soccer skills.
A typical day will include passing, dribbling, juggling, shooting, and playing very fun, non-competitive drills and games—all in a supportive and motivating environment. There will be no intimidating exercises or drills, and you can learn at your own pace and alter the difficulty of the drills so they are right for you! Each eight-week session is unique and will have different activities, so by signing up for multiple sessions, you will be sure to get a great on-going workout, and will continue to progress in all areas of the game!
Just For Kicks wants women to love the game of soccer, and to feel great about themselves. We encourage everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience, to learn, and improve, at this wonderful game.
