Tannins Is Great!
I don't know where the media gets off with one star but Tannins is surely one of San Juan Capistrano's better restaurants. The place has buzz and is usually filled with obviously a well healed crowd. Great wine selection, full bar and a good array of pasta & pizza. Service is fast and friendly and entertainment on select days and weekends. Don't know who in the media (plural) or medium (singular) was vindictive enough to just give them one star but it was probably due to the fact that they didn't advertise with them. Go figure.
