Executive Chef Michael Rossi has created a menu featuring "Seasonal Marketplace" cuisine that embraces the special bounty of each season, offering the freshest fruits, vegetables and entrees to create a dynamic balance between food and the finest wines. A brick-domed, intimate Wine Cellar offers rare vintages of fine wines from around the world.
Ambrosia offers incredible tableside services including flambe desserts, shrimp scampi, & other tableside specials.
In addition to the intimate restaurant, Ambrosia offers a private dining alternative for small groups with 5 custom rooms. The Boardroom seats 12; The Wine Cellar seats 18; The Lodge seats 14; El Presidente seats 8; and Dome of the Sea seats 8. Wednesday through Saturday dinner seatings include the live entertainment of acclaimed jazz vocalist Chris Williams.

This is a hidden gem, tucked away in a nondescript office building. But the atmosphere inside is fantastic -- very refined, calming and elegantly appointed.
