Pho Basil Leaf Fresh Vietnamese Cuisine

The one and only pho shop on Main St. provides fresh bowls of the Vietnamese noodle dish with sides of sprouts, lime and mint leaves. The bowls are average size, so a side of Vietnamese rolls is needed if you're hungry. The meat is already cooked (unlike the Westminster shops that allow the meat to fully cook in the broth), but as a whole the broth is tasty and the ingredients fresh. At $8 a bowl, it's a little high for pho, but you're paying for the location and atmosphere.

Two large windows facing Main St. and the benches outside make for an ideal spot to see the day's activities.
