Flavors are: Soy, Chocolate, Dole Pineapple (lactose free), Blueberry Pomegranate, Plain Tart, and a revolving flavor (usually cheesecake, cookies n cream, or peanut butter). Fruits are not canned or frozen - they are fresh and prepared daily. There are smoothies and candy too!
