Known as the cemetery to the stars, this is the final resting place of many beloved celebrities, including Marilyn Monroe, Walter Matthau, Jack Lemmon, Dean Martin, Natalie Wood, Billy Wilder, Mel Torme, Burt Lancaster, Minnie Riperton, Donna Reed, Frank Zappa, Don Knotts, Eddie Albert (Green Acres), Merv Griffin, Truman Capote, Roy Orbison, Bob Crane (Hogan's Heroes), and Peggy Lee, among others.
The cemetery is known for being difficult to find. The only entrance is from Glendon Avenue, on the west side of the park.
